Cunningham and Stallard have over 40 years of combined experience in investing and managing investments. Office Buildings, Medical Buildings, Data Centers, Commercial Warehouses, Single Family Homes, Oil and Gas Projects (Exploration, Leases, Development, Salt Water Disposal and pipelines) and Venture Capital Projects.

Currently the CEO/Largest shareholder of Globalgig, a technology company. Previously, Ernest was also the Founder and CEO of One Source Networks, one of INC. Magazine's Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies which grew from $0 to $100 million run rate in eight years before being acquired by GTT communications, Inc. (NYSE: GTT) in 2015 for $186 Million. Ernest has been investing in real estate since 1999 and now spearheads a multimillion dollar real estate holding and management company. Ernest is also the majority shareholder of Sodalis Elder Living Communities which operates and manages 25 Assisted Living/Memory Care communities in Texas, Florida and Georgia. In 2021 and 2022, Sodalis was an INC. Magazine top 5000 Fastest Growing Company and in 2023 was an INC top 500 company. Ernest served as interim CEO for most of 2025. Ernest is one of 5 partners in | Caraday Healthcare. Caraday operates and manages Skilled Nursing Communities in Texas. Caraday sold a portfolio of 7 Skilled Nursing communities for $111 million in July of

2025. Ernest is partners with Thomas Stallard in Black Ink Development Holdings, LLC., a commercial real estate development company. Black Ink has developed, built or acquired 12 commercial properties (Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Movie Theater/Restaurant/Bar) worth over $280 million as well as multiple single family rental homes.

Thomas was the managing principal of The Champion Group, a Finra Registered Broker Dealer, during his 14-year tenure, he oversaw the funding of over $500 million in more than 150 joint ventures in the oil and gas market. Thomas also owns a real estate holding and management company. Thomas is a major shareholder in Sodalis Elder Living Communities and served as the interim Chief Revenue Officer for most of 2025 Thomas is 1 of 5 partners in Caraday Healthcare. Caraday grew from 13 leased and owned properties to 21 properties. Caraday sold their 7 owned properties for $111 million in 2025. Thomas and Ernest are partners in Black Ink Development Holdings, LLC, a commercial real estate development company. Over the past 9 years, Black Ink has developed, built or acquired 12 commercial properties (Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Movie Theater/Restaurant/Bar) worth over $280 million as well as multiple single family rental homes. Thomas is also a partner in an Alamo Drafthouse Franchise.
