Ernest Cunningham

Currently the CEO of Globalgig, Ernest was also the Founder and CEO of One Source Networks, one of INC. Magazine’s Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies which grew from $0 to $100 million run rate in eight years before being acquired by GTT communications, Inc. (NYSE: GTT) in 2015 for $186 Million. Previously, Ernest held senior executive positions with Broadwing and Level 3 communications. Ernest has been investing in real estate since 1999 and now spearheads a multi-million dollar real estate holding and management company. Ernest is also the majority shareholder of Sodalis Elder Living Communities which operates and manages 24 Assisted Living/Memory Care communities in Texas, Florida and Georgia. In 2021, Sodalis was an INC. Magazine top 5000 Fastest Growing Company. Ernest is one of 5 partners in Caraday Healthcare. Caraday operates and manages 20 Skilled Nursing Communities and a home health care company in Texas. Ernest is partners with Thomas Stallard in Black Ink Development Holdings, LLC., a commercial real estate development company. Black Ink has developed and built 2 movie theater/restaurant/bar concepts in Arizona. Both Ernest and Tom are investors in a franchise group for Alamo Draft House Movie theaters. Black Ink has also built and developed 2 New 94 unit Assisted Living and Memory Care buildings in Texas for Sodalis and has 1 to begin construction in early 2023. Black Ink has helped Caraday acquire 7 skilled nursing buildings. In the past 5 years Black Ink has built or acquired over $210 million in commercial real estate assets.

Thomas Stallard

Thomas was the managing principal of The Champion Group, a Finra Registered Broker Dealer, during his 14-year tenure, he oversaw the funding of over $500 million in more than 150 joint ventures in the oil and gas market. The projects involved companies like Marathon Petroleum (NYSE: MPC), Houston Energy and Dominion Resources (NYSE: D). Previously, he held management positions with Transworld Systems, Inc. for 7 years. Thomas also owns a real estate holding and management company. Thomas is a major shareholder in Sodalis Elder Living Communities and is 1 of 5 partners in Caraday Heathcare. Thomas and Ernest are partners in Black Ink Development Holdings, LLC, a commercial real estate development company. Over the past 5 years, Black Ink has developed, built or acquired 11 commercial properties (Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Movie Theater/Restaurant/Bar) worth over $210 million. Thomas is also a partner in an Alamo Drafthouse Franchise.
